“Alex and Nate and the rest of his team were great to work with! Always positive and always had a solution to any roadblock or question we had. The team kept us informed throughout the process with Friday follow ups keeping us on track with goals and accomplishments. This was very helpful in planning and helpes us stay on track. Alex and his team had us with numerous offers within days of listing and we sold for $20000 over asking! Knowing what our budget was for building something new, Alex was understanding that we weren't going to settle for less. We also purchased a property using Watson Brothers. Alex was very informative and led us through the whole process of purchasing property, setting us at ease and making sure we were protected. I recommend the Watson Brothers hands down!
